Ufuk KOÇAK (Sportsman; Diving, Climbing, Trekking)

He was born in 1976, Kars. During his school years, he migrated to Gölcük, Değirmendere with his family. During the 17th August earthquake, he stayed under the debris for 3 days. Despite the lengthy treatment, he lost his legs. Ufuk Koçak restarted his life with sports like water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, climbing, diving. He broke the Free Diving Record registered by the Word Underwater Federation (CMAS), twice in succession. He hiked alone the 508 km historical Lycian Way, which is considered to be one of the toughest tracks in the world. He devotes most of his time to the development of disabled and orphaned children.

His motto is; Life belongs to the brave people who know to enjoy it.
